The New Yorker Magazine, April 2 1966, the complete issue in good shape.   Anatol Kovarsky illustrated the cover.  This issue includes a stories by Burton Bernstein ("Proof"), Gilbert Rogin ("The Indoor Bird Watcher"), Muriel Spark ("The House of the Famous Poet"), and Hannah Green ("The Sphinx and the Pyramid"), poetry by Alastair Reed and Shirley Kaufman, an article on Swedish Soviet spy Stig Wennerstrom, and more. The pages are crisp and clean, without a hint of foxing or any other staining, no odors, nothing missing, tight to the staples, with come creasing at the top and some smudging there on the front cover. Strictly graded VG; it was put away when brand new (along with many others we have) by an obsessive New Yorker collector from whom we acquired it, almost untouched since new until now. We have many other New Yorker issues from this once-in-a-lifetime collection, so if there is one you want that you don't see in our listings yet, please let us know.  The images we use in our listings are of the actual magazine offered for sale, we never use stock photos.
